Phase 1: Research

Elite RGT will review client performance, market data trends, and historical data. This research forms the basis of our suggestions and recommendations. Our team must understand our clients’ goals and initiatives to create an ongoing plan and optimize our findings. We will compile the research and present it in an easy-to-understand and concise manner during phase 2, the RGT Call.

Phase 2: RGT Call

Elite RGT discusses the recommendations determined during the research phase and seeks approval for making changes. To help the client make informed decisions, the team will provide reports such as the pace report and the unit performance report. This will give a full picture of potential areas for improvement where growth is concerned and an opportunity to celebrate successes for the business.

Examples of changes could include an increase or decrease in the minimum length of stay, the decision to offer a promotion or discount, an increase in daily rates, or an update to marketing messaging. These calls can be scheduled at the frequency the client chooses, whether weekly, biweekly or further apart.

Phase 3: System Changes

Once the client has signed off on a plan, Elite RGT will execute the system changes directly in your property management systems, if desired. Elite RGT has extensive knowledge of several programs. Our system knowledge provides our clients peace of mind that the recommended changes are being implemented correctly and swiftly.

Phase 4: Post-Review Analysis

Our post-review analysis closely monitors performance and notes what’s working and any unanticipated anomalies in performance. This post review will provide crucial information to pivot, if necessary, to greater success.
